I hate the new armor system. The energy weapon changes are similar to Apex a while ago, but they added an SMG that's similar to the r99, but is more accurate and easier to control. And yes they need some tweaking, this game has always been a spray game, but now it's at it's maximum level of that. If they're going to add the R99 back into regular drops, then the volt should be moved somewhere else. And I'm not a fan of World's Edge, but the changes to the map are pretty cool.

I feel gold armour quite trash now because if the shield cell can charge 2 slots in once make 3rd slot so waste of the shield cell. And feel very fragile when wearing it since they downgrade the gold armour.

Ah it feels like a waste, but it means that as long as you have 1 shield you are healing to full. The shield changes also means anyone with the gold backpack is restoring you to 75% health and 66% shields, requiring only 1 syringe and cell to suddenly be fully healed again. The fragile feeling is the missing 25 fault and not the armour, faster TTK means being more careful when playing, it's honestly quite fascinating how a simple change of 25 shields makes fights progress so much faster and yet so much more dangerous for reckless actions. I will wait much longer into the season before I decide whether I like or dislike that change, as it means surprising an enemy can be more rewarding, along with landing your shots and strategizing better and I definitely haven't quite adjusted to how quickly one can get knocked with these changes.
- @Josh_2000_11 you are totally right, the majority of players are hating a lot of stuff, mainly because the devs never addressed the main issues like audio footsteps, sbmm, etc...and now after trying to change too many things around they created even more bugs and a lot of stuff (like lowering the hp and changing the shield style) is broken af. They simply put r99 into carepackage to give space to the volt, that's all but I see your point, where volt is basically an r99 with better recoil only with energy ammo haha (i like the weapon but i dont see its purpose either). As I previously said I will definetly gonna uninstall this game in the coming weeks <3

SBMM is always being addressed, always being tweaked, always improved. It will NEVER indefinitely go away. It feels unbelievably bad (data reflects this fact) when its off as when its off anyone can get matched with predators, and it was off for the first 2 days at LEAST when season 6 started (unsure if they have turned it back on) and I hate it with a passion when it's off. It is so insane to be outplayed by players that have fully mastered gun recoil AND headshot aiming with straffing, as its literally the experience of getting lazered and missing 2 bullets into a gunfight. Even more so with lower shield cap.
Audio footsteps, honestly no idea why this particular hasn't been addressed yet since it was working season 0 and suddenly it started being stupidly loud on team mates. But that's kinda a red herring in regards to why season 6 might be disliked, that's just a long standing why the hell hasn't this been addressed yet.
Bugs will always be possibly introduced, no matter what you do. That's the nature of video games, just report it, upvote it, rinse repeat. There's a bug with Octane's jump pad regarding super jumps and double jumps that is just driving me mad personally. Sometimes they just genuinely can't find what is wrong fast enough before it comes out or it just slips past them during development. Examples being bits of environment that somehow didn't get physically baked, like the fridge in worlds edge for a brief time.
If you think threatening to uninstall the game is magically going to solve problems tho ur kidding urself. If you genuinely aren't having fun with the game anymore then GG, sorry you feel that way. But if you are uninstalling just because you don't want to adapt to the new update / provide feedback on the attempts to change meta and gameplay? Then all I can say is bye. I'm personally in it for the long haul.- @Monhulio i'm not threatening anyone, simply making a promise to myself. This forum is full of bug reporting and has also offered MANY solutions to problems. Sure as you said for example sbmm is bad, but I myself offered a pretty good solution to the ranking points system on how to reduce the frustration and punishment to losing while me being a solo queue plat getting destroyed by a full premade squad of preds. Others have offered similar and elaborated solution to all kinds of things, I'm not gonna go through this because it would be an extremely long comment. But how come as a player I see all these comments and threads and topics referencing bugs, problems, issues and also big solutions, etc and Respawn (who is paid for that) doesn't? I put a question previously to some other player on the forum, how come counterstrike 1.5 from 2002 has better audio than apex in 2020? It's not just season 6 being with NEW bugs (where as I said I reported many bugs already like survey becaon appearing on minimap but when you go there in person there isn't any, or when you die and spectate you go in between first and third person and the char looks like a nightmare, and many others) it's their consistency of doing stuff but not fixing the major ones, yet they release like what 1 or 2 legendary skins after 5 months and then boom 2 heirlooms too? it just shows as many players have smartly noticed, that they only care about our wallets. Just as PUBG did, they will die fading away by neglecting all these things. As I said, I'm not threatening with uninstall, I promise to uninstall, it is for myself, for my mental health. I advice others who feel frustrated and almost scammed to do the same, you quality of life will instantly improve 😉
