Megathread: World's Edge map feedback at launch
The new map is the worst map i ever seen in a AAA game. Please, allow the players to play in the old map.

First offi play this game every day.
Ive been a day 1 player buying each battle pass. Supporting the game ive grown to love in such a short amount of time. However, this last update is extremely frustrating. Loot drops are awful. And most importantly the main map that we all grew to love is now no longer an option. I feel like im having to relearn the entire game which is not cool considering the time ive put in. I was so excited until i played. Make the ORIGINAL map an option. After the season 3 hype dies down so will the player base considering the original map USED IN TOURNAMENT PLAY is now gone. I thought forsure it would still be on the game. My interest to play has dropped significantly after the patch went live. Please bring back the map and give players a choice. Atleast PUBG keeps all their maps in rotation? This is ridiculous.

The map feels really different than Kings Canyon.
I think this map allows more play-styles to be played and counter's a bit the camper meta.
A open map will limit the loot campers will receive and the buffs to bloodhound and the introducing of Crypto.
We haven't see much vertical objects and can climb higher than ever.
This benefits the "scouts" and is promising for players that like a aggressive play style.
I get why some don't like this map and this ruins caustic as he doesn't really fit into the map except for a few locations.
The play-style of Kings canyon doesn't really fits anymore but I think most players will adapt to a different play-style.
But i really like the new map and it feels nice to play on.
Everything is pretty smooth.
