You're still just protecting him in a situations where he fails or is losing, that does not make for a good passive, it only activates when things go wrong ideally the passive should be helping him prevent things from going wrong, the cloaked pick up is ok but everything else seems just lack luster, here's why gibralter and lifeline work, it's because only one section of their passives relate to being downed the rest are beneficial in an actual fight.
