I feel if the passive would be more effective if it gave the look like you hadn't been knocked down, instead of the over the top acting of going down. So when you get knocked you cloak and the hologram continues firing and moving towards the enemy.
Or could crouch with the shield up and have the enemies wondering why you're not taking damage. Had a teammate think I was the downed enemy and was wondering that exact thing when he shot at me and I didn't take damage.
