To be clear, my intention when posting this thread was to begin a discussion with EA/Respawn about the way they've handled the Season transition. I wasn't offering to help lost souls with basic English comprehension.
Still, as you've asked, I'm referring to the screenshot below: (still live on the Apex client at the time of writing).
Seems to me that if EA/Respawn are going to rely on "the information was clearly displayed on the BattlePass page" as an excuse for the misleading information on their Challenges page, they should probably avoid this sort of thing?

@BabyYerDanever mind, good luck finding an actual EA staff to provide response to you, however thinking that ‘i didn’t check the terms and conditions’ entitles you for a refund, even better luck with that
