Missed Halloween skins from Perma Ban due to account hacked

My account was taken over by a hacker in October who cheated on it and got it perma banned. After releasing on Steam I found this out and was able to resolve it through EA cases.

However, I could not purchase the Fight or Fright bundles at this time due to fear of whether I would get the account back and so these circumstances caused these to be missed. Obviously, once the promotion has ended there is no way to aquire these again likely and so I would like the opportunity to be able to purchase them because of the hack situation, although I know this wont happen ☹️
