EA doesn't own/manage the Apex Legends discord server, that server is hosted by the community.
There nothing can be done about this ban from EA's side or from our forum side.
As an ex-mod of the server, I contacted the mod team to check if there was an appeal chance for you.
A mod quickly came back to me with the information that the ban was justified and is not appealable.
I don't think anything can be done about this, sorry you had this experience with the discord server.
