@MikeNagy24Don’t even complain console users atleast have aim assist and all of those other settings
I’ve been playing with controller on pc against mouse/keyboard users since I started apex except for 1 week when my controller joystick broke with NO AIM ASSIST and other features available to console players they finally added settings for the scope sensitivitys like console has atleast or maybe thats been there i just never knew I just noticed it recently and raised my look to a 6 and others to a 4-5 and been getting alot more kills but its rough getting used to the high sensitivy first few matches off because I can only play half the week

Honestly I wouldn’t know about aim assist except on Fortnite but havn’t played that in forever was too easy and boring I only liked goofing off in those hamster balls lmao
ive never had the chance to try apex legends with aim assist on console simply because ive been a pc user for years last consoles i bought are xbox 360 ps2 and wii so never tried on ps4/xbox one ive been tempted to buy a ps4 but people say you have to start a new apex account and can’t use your pc skins i just remember watching staycation try playing controller on pc instead of ps4 once he still did great but he said he noticed the aim assist difference and he has never tried on pc again lmao
- 6 years ago@FaIIenAngeI777 Honestly mate, aim assist will * you off more than anything when ur in a fire fight close range with a peacekeeper and instead of shooting the guy whos shooting you it locks onto the downed guy and u cant fight it off and u end up getting killed due to it

@kiahwaI think both platforms have advantages disadvantages Mouse/Keyboard Users have better aim while controller users may have better movement I mean this may not be right but for me when I tried pc for a week aiming was so easy you just click your targets but I just had the worst movement skills but I never practiced them and only played for a few days Im thinking of either trying it this weekend or making a new apex account just to practice keyboard/mouse on
Aim assist or not what helped me on controller was raising my sensitivity since ive done that ive still been trash but sometimes end with atleast 5-8 kill games occasionally instead of the usual 1-3 i kinda want to raise it alittle more but i think 6 for look speed and 4 for the rest is pretty solid maybe a 5 for certain opticsi also feel like keyboard/mouse users have supieror counter recoil idk about aim assist console users
i found out if you flick the right joystick down while firing prowler/hemlok have virtually no recoil with controller theres alittle but fighting with a R99 can be hard sometimes but is still a valid choice for me and wingman depends sometimes im on target other times way off XD anyways controller users all around have a smaller movement box while pc users have full range
