Mouse Sensitivity Please, Please, Plz

I understand that I might be in the minority in this aspect. 
But I am extremely particular about my mouse sensitivity. Can you please at more than one a significant digit to the mouse Sensitivity. I can change it from .3 to .4 to .5.
I may be a bit extreme with my settings, but for every, I mean EVERY, fps game I play, I take out a tape ruler to try to get my mouse sensitivity exactly the same as the other games I play.
I want to set my mouse sensitivity in Apex Legends to be, I'm guessing, ~.385 or something along those lines.
Can you please make the mouse sensitivity more precise?
