Mute option is not working.

I mute my teammates but I still can hear them. I feel like we are playing some test version of apex season 7.

    @RagingbyALEX Mute them before the jump (while they pick legends) and will work.

    No it does not.  Some teammates can not be muted.  Not sure if it is Steam-Origin related.  And rest assured you will non-stop talking from these people.

    @Monacoian This worked. Thanks. Mute from the beginning and when you jump unmute them and its working.

    Mute before jump not working either. The only way to turn off toxic teammates is to completely turn off chat volume in settings.
