My account got hacked and now I'm being punished?

Someone hacked my account a couple months ago, during that period of time where I was unaware of this, they had done something to get me banned. When I eventually got my account back thanks to 2 separate support agents who actually tried to help me, I logged on to apex to find out I couldn't play due to a ban. No big deal il submit an appeal and everything will go back to normal. I get a repones back from the ban appeal telling me that 1. They are not going to unban me 2. That they cannot tell me why i was even banned in the first place and 3. That they were not going to give me an avenues of perusing this matter further. Wonderful, my long time support of this game and insane amounts of money i put in for an heirloom means nothing to this megalomanic monolith of greed. I'm writing this in hopes that someone who has the power to help me sees this and can even give me any idea of where to look to get unbanned. PLEASE HELP!!!
