My account was hacked and banned

I've never cheated or used profanity and my account was banned. I really would like to talk to someone. I'm getting really upset with this help desk system. I understand limited resources, but I was not given a reason other than I was cheating. I have never cheated. I play a couple of times a week with friends from college and I'm getting really frustrated with this. Someone has definitely been in my account though because there is a new friend that I never added.
