My apex account has been suspended, and I seriously protest this,

My apex account was banned, and I protested this seriously. After the guidance of the ea team staff, I came here, and my account was cheated after being stolen by a Chinese ip address and was banned....

We can't help over Answers HQ. Only ToS can investigate an account and possibly overturn the ban. You can submit up to 3 disputes. So, if you haven't used up all 3, you're welcome to submit another dispute. ToS will perform another investigation and let you know what the outcome is.

Do you mean that you can help me only after I submit a complaint again, or HQ can't help me? You suggest that I write a third complaint letter
