my stats won’t move when I close the game in apex legends and lose progress

Yea it's same here why is it happening 

don't know if the same thing is happening to me but when I play ranked I'd do good and I'm supposed to get points but it just doesn't give me the points.

For me I keep leveling up to level 100,  but as soon as I close the application and log back in I get pushed back to the beginning of level 99.
