Need a function to hide my connection status in the lobby

(I'm a non-English speaker. sry.)

Everyone has the right to respect their opinions, as EA is doing well. However, Steam users are still experiencing inconvenience. Because of "connection status".
Origin's users know that their connection status can be displayed offline, and that this feature can also be displayed offline within Apex Legends.
However, offline functionality does not work properly for steam users. I've activated the offline feature on Steam, but when I get back to the waiting room after a game, my Apex friends are waiting for me (with a shoulder around both sides at great speed).
It is fun to play team games with internet friends, but sometimes I want to play games alone. Apex provides a system to prevent party participation or invitation, but we believe that this system can be somewhat offensive to the other person. Therefore, using the feature is not preferred by most people except streamers and YouTubers.

There is a way to create a sub-account, but I think this is an act that can destroy the game ecosystem regardless of my intentions. There are also reports of "sub-account abuse" in Apex. I don't want to make Newbies cry.
It's already been almost a year since Apex was released on Steam, but many people are still struggling with the problem. I hope quick feedback on this issue will be given.
