need an explanation SBMM

Hello,

When playing in pubs I am always matched with the higher tier of players (masters, preds, even pro players with ALGS participation badge) but in ranked I am stuck in Gold 3-4 since the start of the split ??? I have 0,8KD and am a very average player (no fancy movements and average aim). OK I've 3000 hours but that doesn't mean any skilllevel in any way !! I'm 52yo so surely not a fast, ultra-reactive player but I can't play i these lobbies.....

Secondly, I also need an explanation on the ranked system as well: in my Gold lobbies, there are plenty of diamonds, masters even preds in silver, gold even sometimes bronze as actual rank while my best performance was diamond in S14 (which was the easiest rank season) and I am never demoted under gold 4 although there are many seasons I haven't played........

This is ridiculous and totally not understandible, and if you figure yourselves out that this will make me keep playing your game, I'm afraid you do not understand what frustration means to be ALL THE TIME the prey in these lobbies.....I would rathere believe there is a sort of bug that can be fixed than trust you (EA and Respawn) are just all stupid af. I'm a big spender but I am really revising my view as you do not deserve the money I'm putting in the game towards my actual experience...

Oh and last point, I would also appreciate an answer for once from the Respawn team and not only the community, because it seems that working is not really part of your DNA at a moment, if you even never answer to posts...

A pissed off player who used to love the game, but now hating it more and more due to how frustrating my experience is.
