Nerf Gibraltors Drop up shield

@Pallo420 You're right about his gun shield and thats the way it used to be in season 1 + 2.

@MC_ARCANATOR Gibraltar is insanely oppressive when fighting him 1v1 in an open space. With any amount of cover though he's still the easiest legend to kill. Just takes a different approach than with other Legends.

At the very least, a single Sentinel shot should be able to drop it. Maybe nerf the shield down to 65? Or buff the Sentinel to 70 damage and nerf the shield to 70 HP.

To recharge the gun shield you should have to use a battery or cells (only when you have full body shield). 
For example you have 90 body shield, you use a shield cell. Your body shield is now 100. Only then can you use a shield battery to charge the gun shield to 75, or use 3 shield cells. 

To nerf Gun Shield, revert it back to 50 HP. No longer heals when popping a shield heal consumable (which makes it overpowered because it heals his Gun Shield). To compensate the nerf, increase the shield generation rate slightly.
