Nerf havoc before i uninstall the game

Removing the turbocharger is the best nerf to balance this beast.
and they already did it.
so I don’t think the havoc needs more nerf.
may be to its mag cuz it’s insane at the start of the game.
@Kinky6x9 The havoc only had 24 shots when it was first introduced and it couldn't compete. An aware player can easily dodge the first few shots which would leave you in a bad position as a havoc user with only 24 total rounds. I'm not taking a weapon that has a delay when firing and low ammo capacity when I can have a more consistent experience with the R-301.
