NERF THE VOLT AND DEVOTION

they should have left the r99 on ground drop to make people question themselves about picking the low ammo volt (u can't find that much energy) but that has way better damage or the r99 ... it would have left the gamers with decisions, not take the gun away and just place a damn sheila on the ground ALSO there is a chance of a golden devotion...
