Can someone please tell me how this character is over powered? I'm sick of people complaining about nothing and then the devs decide to nerf them in upcoming patches etc..
The character is well balanced in my opinion, stop nerfing characters and fix your damn game with all the current bugs! It's bad enough the game is a * show since season 13, so close to playing another game cause this is becoming a joke.

i don't even agree the Legend is good, let alone over powered.
I was just fighting a Newcastle and their wall was shocking me even though I wasn't touching the wall. I was just close to it. This shock effect needs to go away if its going to hit people who's not even touching it. It made fighting the last guy on the team nearly impossible as it was like being constantly stuck with an arc star.

His ult is able to stun you if you take a Wraith portal near it, it stuns you even while in phase.
