Never ending "Unable to connect to EA servers"+ game stuck at loading screen

"Unable to connect to EA servers" error message over and over again. I can't access the servers. When I do, which is once every two hours, I'm stuck in the lobby and can't ready up. It says "party member preloading" but I'm on my own. I tried playing with a pre made squad and they kept getting put into a game without me.

I spent the day on the phone with my internet provider and they assured me the issue does not come from me.

Please fix this, I've been playing this game since day one and it's been impossible to play it for a week now. What is going on?
