i did but it just says no refund available so thats why i posted here
Community ManagerTherealTaisani You won't have the option to request a refund for in-game currency on the website. However, if you did not receive your coins after completing the purchase, please contact EA Help as advised by Midnight9746 as they should be able to help you with that.
