New Apex Legend Idea- Rewind

@vLuxtia The tactical is like tracers ability from overwatch,fine for just yourself but the ult would really annoying teammates if they were randomly just pulled from their location without wanting to and disorient them

@vLuxtia Uh, if a legend ever just teleports a teammate backwards, then it would just be abused. People would start using the ability to get their teammates that they don't like killed, and end up breaking the game by auto reviving them or bringing them back to life by the rewind.

In the end, we don't need anyone acting like Tracer... we already have Wraith who can phase away, and that's as close as we need to get to that sort of thing.

Like what @DK9027 said - it be annoying if we get teleported randomly.
