@CroDanZ They addressed a few days ago that the level xp would be reduced from 10k to 5k and also that the weekly challenges from next week would be easier. They did not notice how hard it took to level up due to not testing it in a complete play through as they were testing everything else.
Meanwhile most probably spent more than 10 bucks on their lunch today.
It is 10 bucks and you get 2 sick skins for legends. You also gain every single penny back in coins. So in reality every single season is a free battle pass if you don't blow your coins. You buy it 1 time and only that 1 time the battle pass pays for the next season then next season and so on. 10 bucks investment is not bad when it is nearly for a life time of apex seasons.
and what if I have put more than 200 $ already in the game? yet I got the same, sh*tty BP system.
@E9ine_ACits not about the money....I mean I earn more than our president here in Austria.
It's more a matter of principle bcs of theyr greedy decissions that I don't want to support.
And dev companies always test out how far they can go bcs theyre always people who say "its fine, its only xy bucks".
Next season maybe they reduce it so far that you have to play 24/7 to finish the BP (Or pay for the BP progress).
I mean how can any gamer out there support this behaviour of a company?- @CroDanZ Heh to be fair this was the first season to even try something new. The reason this was made I feel is because of us level 500. Who complained we could do battle pass in week or two of playing. So they prolonged it hoping to give the level 500's something to do entire season. Problem with this is the casual player was not considered.
@E9ine_ACye I understand that the new BP feels better if peolple have more leisure time to play Apex Legends or even do it as a job.
But those people are the minority in I think any game out there....most of the people don't work as Twitch player or have 6-7 hour/day to play a game.
The majority works from 8-17, come home eat something, spend time with family and have maybe 1-2 hour to play before going to bed.
I made a calculation example on page 1 that shows thet the new BP is prety grindy and impossible to achive for player who dont have 5/6 hours/day to play Apex Legends.
Ye for the LVL 500 guys they should rly add something (Maybe raise Max LVL to 1000) but limiting the whole playerbase is surely the wrong way. ☹️
