RE45, does that melee damage even make sense? Seriously, two shields anbd whole hp just melt in the blink of an eye. Spitfires and LMGs can't do anything at close range. Sheila is useless in close combat. I naturally pick Sheila when facing two or more enemies at close or mid-range, but I have never won a single time. The barrier deployment speed has slowed down, so I just end up dying more often, and...Valk Nerf Remove valk scan and replace it with a different ability or make it so she can only scan enemies out in the open and not in buildings. PK Buff Slight damage increase would help a lot like 105 max pump that way you can finish knocks in one pump instead of 99. The Mozambiques have more consist damage and are currently much better.
