The reason behind the toxic attitude in this game and other PvP games, too many are "try hard winners". They are like the football player, who must be better than his whole team, no matter how many wins. They are not even "happy" about winning, they will berate you for being the anchor dragging them down. I am afraid it is a mental state of mind and no amount of changes are going to fix it. We just have to be patient and polite, not that we are better than they are, we don't need to aggro them into doing something rash in the real world. I like this game, it is a good game, with only a few flaws. But changing the game will not repair the mental state of the player.
