New Legendary Pathfinder Skin Crafting Mat Purchaseable?

I think it's an actively AWFUL decision to not allow us to purchase the new Legendary Pathfinder skin with our crafting materials. What's the point of being able to save these up for the skins we want if you lock skins behind paywall only? I purchase other things and receive the crafting materials WITH REAL MONEY SPENT only to be told I can't then use those on cosmetics?

It's a deplorable choice that I hope you change. So tired of this game always trying to tow the line between a good cash shop and a cash shop that actively goes against consumers. Fix it and allow us to purchase the new PF legendary skin with crafting mats. Thank you.
