New patch
Ok well am done, you seriously happy with handing off napkins to the casual players because wingman too OP, Bunnyhop too OP... while pathfinder is still broken and peacekeeper shreds armors regarding...
Yeah many of us feel the same way, including streamers, which are always good to have for growing your playerbase. Bhop removal and accuracy nerf on sliding/jumping are the two big ones, in combination with a number of bugs and stealth changes (havoc/devotion, jump balloon distance is nerfed like wtf?).
Toss the above in with elite queue turning "competitiveness" into more of a PUBG feel of a game where everything is slower and campier, and many of us feel we'll just check back in after they hopefully patch, revert, and fix a number of the problems with this patch.
Like really, why slow your game down, when the fast paced movement based action is what made Apex standout from the BR crowd? Seriously a turn for the worse with Apex....
Few weeks ago I would be in hopes that maybe they will really make the game better. But now I am not buying next season pass or investing more money to get the kunaii knife for wraith. In fact I have reinstalled destiny 2 as new season is out and started to play more Quake champions until wow classic comes out. I will keep an eye on the game development just in case if they decide to make a wise decision but as of right now Apex is dead to me and unfortunately to many others
The other issue is that casual community outnumbers us like what 1 to 1000? I think the only valuable feedback is from people with over 400 hours in the game atm regardless of skill level. Taking feedback from people who barely play the game is a bad idea and the devs are turning towards them with each and every patch. We are being outcried by masses which is good for short term existence of the game but if we are talking long term survival, I see this game becoming BO: Blackout soon which is nearly dead barren as it takes 5-10 minutes to fill up lobby on PC. Fortnite on the other hand kept many of its unintended features and embraced them as they allowed for cool plays and videos that spread through the internet. Respawn does the opposite, I guess they think they are too big to fall... well bad news for you, COD BO4 thought the same on launch.
