What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Playing as normal

How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? When using Ninja control setting you are unable to ping items inside of loot boxes and also unable to request anything in your inventory menu. Such as armor, attachments, ammo or anything else.
What should be happening instead? Should be able to ping items for teammates inside of loot boxes and able to request things in your inventory menu like you’re able to with other controller presets
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use a PS4 or xbox, switch your control button configuration to ninja and go play. Try to ping items inside of loot boxes and try to request anything in your inventory menu.
