No Fill needs to be removed, its hurting teams.
Just stop with the no fill already and add solos instead. The no fill is hurting people who want teammates, duos you can't get a teammate 80% of the time and in trios queing with only one teammate is pretty common too. No fill was not a good addition and honestly solos serves the same original purpose of no fill and would work way better. It would take self minded players out of the que while leaving the que for teammates still possible.
