OCE Apex

I’m having massive issues finding any games on Sydney servers, the only alternative for me is playing on Singapore servers which results in 100-200 ping making the game unplayable on any competitive sense. Is this common for everyone else? Is there anyway we as players / the devs for apex can resolve this?
