Octance Laughing Fool skin? Should i buy?
What do you guys think about the laughing fool skin for Octane? Im thinking about getting it because it may be rare. But I think its overpriced.

He didnt get 1 for the iron crown event nor the halloween event.But he did get a legendary skin in the level progression of Battle Charge. So did Caustic. Bangalore got a rare one that’s pretty nice. That’s why none of those three had an “armored” skin in the Iron Crown event.
I got the new Octane skin too, by the way. I’d been sitting on 2100 Apex coins for some time and I really liked the Laughing Clown.

I'm curious, what's up with the knife? I see it on the skin just floating there not part of the amour but he's not holding it either. Is it like an heirloom that replaces his melee?
