Octane 12 damage stim
I didn’t realize until recently that octane’s stim did 12 damage, not matter what health you have. This really is a serious nerf and should be reverted, at least a little. People have apparently died...

His stim shouldnt even damage you in the first place. His whole persona is a speed demon and the fact other legends do it better without using health isnt right. A lot of legends still need buffs but respawn will just ignore them so we can see the same 3-4 legends every lobby
@Benchwarmerbrew Well, I’m not sure about it not using health at all, because that would be a bit too powerful, and it also kind of negates his theme of using the stim and then regenning later.
