octane needs some changes

Octane really needs a buff!

Octane is my favorite legends and I think he needs a buff.

When an update comes out I check the patch notes in the hope that octane gets buffed.

Passive: Swift mend

I think he should regen 1 health per second instead of 1 health per 2 seconds.

Tactical ability: Stim

Octane should be 40% faster or more instead of 30%

Ultimate: Launchpad

This is the buff that octane really needs to have.

Octane can have 2 launchpads instead of 1. When the ultimate charges up it will charge again for a 2nd launchpad so you can have 2 launchpads like caustic who can have 3 traps.

The hitbox really needs to be fixed!

Today gaming merchant made a legends hitbox guide.

In this guide, we can see that the octane hitbox is broken, bigger than it must be.

This is really unfair and it should be fixed soon.
