Octane Rework

Octane personally needs a real rework make him more risk vs reward or generally make him must less powerful he has personally been in the meta for to long so here is my personal rework to get him bac...

This is a bit out there but tell me what you think.

Octane with the same passive heal as he has now, but his tactical can be held down instead of pressed once which drains his health for the duration at a rate between 3-4x his healing rate.

1-2 second cool down so he can't spam it!

Do you think this would buff him?

He could use his stims for quick speed buffs on/off ledges and wall climb quicker without sacrificing too much of his health.

Just an idea.
