Octane Rework

They have implemented all, if not most, of these ideas since the beginning of the game and ppl had issues with it all and complaints and comments have brought octane to what he is. At this point, it's a question of removing him, but no one would do that as he is a useful character. There are other characters who are too much as well but octane is pretty simple in his abilities and with that of him being a speedy runner type operator, I believe he will stay as he is bc it is easy to escape him and ik bc I'm an octane player as he is my main and I have learned him enough to understand how to play him and to understand how to escape other octanes even when im playing other characters. It's either u suggest to remove him or practice to be better at the game
