Olimp map - suicides

@AreYouShivering It's been a while since I've done it, knock on wood. I do have teammates do it from time to time but it's rare.

@TheApexLegendNub I had two teammates intentionally fly off the map. I grabbed their banners respawned them and they jumped off the map again.. At that point they left the match but it still let me respawn them a third time, figured I'd help out their KD stats. Some people just want to create problems, just ignore it and move onto the next match.
