3 months have passed and still there's nothing on fixing the insane fps drop near/looking at the waterfall in Olympus. This needs to change, giving players an advantage/disadvantage from fps drops from a piece of scenery is completely wrong and made worse with how the map is constantly rotated in.
its so frustrating, especially now the arena has the exact same waterfall with the same problems. pls fix this. running 2700x and 1070ti
Dude tell me about that. Especially when the ring is about to shrink to the waterfall area, that's a fricking nightmare.
Heres thing: I played God of war 3 over PS3 emulator. Now, in first fight, theres boss Poseidon, witch is mainly covered as same water effect as Apex olimpus waterfall, and yes, believe or not, there is no fps drop to 0.001 fps cos those lazybutts at sony actually programmed it WELL, to one waterfall dont use 80% of your gpu witch is probably super computer compared to computers from ps3 era!
@T1ENERMOEDERI’m just assuming they have this same problem on the new map somewhere... I saw waterfalls in a video but no clue where they are at and I really don’t want to find out or My PC will basically freeze until I escape their grasp
I would rather Apex Legends look like Roblox than to look so realistic that the actual game isn’t even playable
