on wildcard, dont force teammates to respawn by other teammates

i get a lot of ragequitting teammates because i wonder off to get red supply bins, crafting stations or whatever else is good, and then when they die they are sometimes forced to respawn by me when i am far away from the action and they get annoyed by it and ragequit. So they need to be asked if they are OK with respawning by whatever teammate is alive.
