@Brandoblu69 I agree and disagree. His grapple time needs to be lowered a level, and maybe a passive rework. Besides that he's pretty powerful. Good players use his grapple to disengage or engage, too little of a timer hes too strong, too much of the timer and he needs to time grapples. Currently he has to commit to a fight if he's just used his grapple.
Honesty if he had two grapple charges with the same cooldown each id be fine with it. Because he can use two with a min, and charge one while he has one in his pocket.
