Pc, console cross play?

I got friends on pc and I'm on PS4 so it would be great if we could play together. I think that it should be that when your just using a console or just using pc there should not cross play matchmaki...

    Cross platform play is on its way.  Unfortunately, stats won't be able to transfer over.  So for example: When cross play is made available and i wanted to fire Apex Legends up on my PC, I'll have to start with all my stats from zero and no unlocks - nothing from my Xbox Gamertag will transfer over.

    But it's coming!

reading all commens on forum I sure don't wanna play against all the cheaters that seem to be on pc...

    At lv 94 I've only encountered maybe 4 cheaters, but I'm almost certain 2 of them were cheating. I don't think its as rampant in the west as it sounds like it is in the asia market. I also don't really want to be playing with or against console players, I can't see the movement being anywhere near as good on console as it is on PC so that's a huge disadvantage for console. Plus PC aim vs console aim. I don't care what you console players say, you can't aim better/faster than the average PC player controllers just aren't as precise. Do console players really want to play against the current state of the wingman? It's a problem that anyone with a brain has acknowledged since its first week, including every single top streamer.
