Peacekeeper max damage!

Reduce Peacekeeper max damage to 90 damage and make it slightly quicker. It is stupid that Peacekeeper can 1 shot a player without a shield, it is acting as a yellow weapon but as a starter weapon. 9...

My buddy uses the peacekeeper hop up as a sniper all the time.

You hold aim and it charges up like a rail gun!

Part of the "problem" is currently no guns, except for havoc I believe, have damage fall off. Can't remember where I read this, if it was here or on reddit, but pretty sure I saw it mentioned some where. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
