Personally I will take an Eva over a peacekeeper any day of the week. Peacekeeper is just so in-consistence.
IMO. The Peacekeeper needs to be kept the same as droprate. Worst change possible is reducing how often it shows up and now the squad with it has considerably advantage over the one that doesnt.
If anything they need to reduce the size of the magazine to 2. Make it be a strong weapon that can 2 shots if you can land both of shots, otherwise you are done for.
