I mean it can be frustrating sure but the great thing about this game is you just bail too and in 2 minutes you are in a new game.
Things are fine as is. I think the real issue is you need more friends on your list to make full squads

- @LuckyCanuckLuke that's not a solution at all, on the contrary. That literally makes the problem worse, and is exactly what I'm talking about.
It's very frustrating to constantly see people leave your party, espacially for new players that are trying to learn. Penalties would definitly make people think twice before leaving.Leavers are one of the main reason I absolutely despise the solo launch feature... I don't understand why that even exists in a game where teamwork is so important. Why would you even give the option to jump without your squad? Break off? Sure that's fine because chances are you'll at least land in a reasonable vicinity. But launching completely solo seems silly. I can't count the number of games I've had so far where myself or another teammate will get jump master, ping a location, and the third member just launches alone way before time without communicating anything, lands miles away, dies instantly because they jumped for a terrible spot that 5 or more other squads were converging on, and then leaves immediately effectively crippling your team..
I gave you the solution which you completely ignored.
Add people to your friends list and play with them. Then they aren't going to leave.

That is not the issue and you are ignorant. The game was designed to be played as a squad of three and not dependent on “friends” i am a very good player and can win solos but it’s still frustrating to have your teammates quit. Please think before you speak.
Yes you you can get right into another game however that is not the point. What you are proposing and implying is “if you don’t have friends to squad with your screwed” which stands true but should not be a valid argument because again, it was designed to be played as squads of three totally reliant on randoms.
