@LuckyCanuckLuke that's not a solution at all, on the contrary. That literally makes the problem worse, and is exactly what I'm talking about.
It's very frustrating to constantly see people leave your party, espacially for new players that are trying to learn. Penalties would definitly make people think twice before leaving.

Add people to your friends list and play with them. Then they aren't going to leave.
