You do understand that the game is free to play. In game purchases are allowed but one has to take into account the terms of service that one has agreed to.
Each player has agreed to behave or be punished for misbehaving. Misbehave at your own risk.
As for the create another account to bypass this, it does not work when one violates the ToS massively and gets a Hardware Ban for how one has conducted oneself. New hardware is expensive.
Here is an Original thought if everyone adhered to the Terms of Service that they agreed to and behaved properly then these discussions would not be necessary.
