Permenentaly Ban issue
I have been permanently banned due to a misunderstanding and my misconduct towards another player. I understand that I made a mistake, and I have expressed my regret, swearing that I will never repeat this behavior again. The real problem is that I have contacted customer support and received the same automated response: "Please do not expect further responses on this matter." I believe I have been placed on the automatic response system.
It has been a month since my ban, and I don't know what to do to reach human support again. I have tried many social media platforms and Reddit, and I have had direct chats with your team, who confirmed that the only method to reach support is the one I am already following. You also confirmed this here.
So, if you, the administrators of the website, don't know how I can contact human support again, how am I supposed to know the proper way to reach them? Losing my account in this manner is unfair to me, especially when many players use inappropriate language all day without facing any bans. I won’t use this as an excuse for my behavior, as I know I was wrong, and I am truly sorry for that. However, the permanent ban is unjust in my case.
Is there anyone who can help me recover my account? I have no other means of reaching out , Please do not add the support link, as it is ineffective .

If they have responded that they will not lift the ban then there is nothing else that can be done.
