@ReqHart wrote:I've noticed as some players have been hitting level 100 the common complaint has been there are no more rewards like Apex packs after hitting level 100. At this point the only way to continue unlocking skins or Crafting metals is paying for loot boxes. This is something I believe to be an incredibly bad idea.
They gave you the game for free and you won't even buy a couple measly skins you want? Do you think they are running a charity?
They have said there will be opportunities to get skins through the battle pass, but I mean you are going to have to pay for the battle pass. Free ride is over.

Whale harder. They are going to sell season passes. Which will make money. It's not hard to think that they should not money grub otherwise when the pass is coming

Problem is we don't want to play more when we don't feel rewarded as a result of playing hundreds of hours. I'd like to say before people start hitting me. I know this is a f2p game, but we do not expect them to rain free skins on us... Unlimited grind is essential in an online game to keep people in the game. Just let us unlimited grind for free stuff or unlockables or achivements&challenges whatever... otherwise after a while people get bored and the game will die. Most of my friends bored and quit. I have to play solo now... I don't want to see it happen globaly.
Also we don't know what we get with battlepass...(yes i will probably buy it) Will it provide us unlimited grind for three months? or just another 100 level for achive in 1 month? Will there be daily quests that will cause players to return every day?
An easy way for adding unlimited grind to game is apex pack sale with high amount of legend coins. so ppl can grind exp after 100 in a meaningful way... I can't understand why people like you are opposing it. This will not harm the company's sales and you do not have a profit from these sales. why are you opposing. "This is a f2p game","it's not a charity", "They have to earn money for continuity" bla bla bla... I know all of this, and I'll support by buying battlepass, but that's not the point. Don't bring the subject here all the time... Subject about to continuity. it's about making people addicted to the game. The only way to do this is to add grind.

You don't need to be rewarded for playing games. Playing games is the reward.

Well its not 80s... welcome to 2019. In terms of competition between games rewarding is important these days.
Also you do not need to be an opposing voice on everything. sometimes the majority is absolutely right. you must give up this effort...
- 7 years ago@LuckyCanuckLuke Jokes on you, i bought the founders pack, Starters pack and the 11,500 apex coins pack and will 100% buy the battle pass. I'm not in this game on a free ride, I support the game more than most players. However if you want a healthy player base a feeling of progression is a must. My concern is of a balance of player progression and rewards and micro-transactions. So pull your head out of your *.
Thanks for accusing me of being a freeloader with your abundance of ignorance though. I would have very easily bought this game if it was priced as a triple A title even more so if it also helped Aim botters stay out of the game. Want a copy of my receipts before you take my feedback seriously? Just Gtfo lol.- 7 years ago
Enjoy the game but after hitting 100 the lure of the game drops off almost immediately due to lack of progression. Winning is great but even that gets old pretty quick.
