Please allow us to get back into the game after a crash/disconnect

This really boggles my mind that if you crash and quickly log back into the game you can't get back into the game you were playing and have to start again! Please fix this-this is a huge problem righ...

For me its not the crashes but the inability to log back into the game you were playig is whats frustrating
