Please patch this Exploit: Standing on NewCastle's head to kill him (reviver)

This isnt an exploit. This would only be an exploit if the shield was supposed to cover incoming from above, which it obviously doesn't so how is this more of an exploit than shooting a resing Newcastle fromt he side or behind? The shield covers where its supposed to which isnt from above and I dont even think the dude shot you while "standing on your head". It looks and sounds like he is jumping and shooting down on you.

That's supposed to hit my shield.
If I were a downed person I could have reangled it to block that.
They shouldn't be able to stand on me like that.
They shouldn't be able to clip through my shield like that.
They shouldn't be able to ignore my shield like that.
It takes a good 15-30 seconds for my shield to regenerate after a brief delay after I finish reviving someone. It's not that hard to destroy a 500 point shield.
But completely ignoring it? Come on play the game right! Quit with these exploits.
Fix it! Make it so they MUST either Brake the shield, or tag team it. A solo shouldn't be able to ignore the shield like that.
